Royal Brunei Airlines organised an Agents’ Product Seminar on Tuesday, 17th July 2012, at the Muhibah Room, Royal Brunei Recreational Club.
Attended by Royal Brunei Airlines management, staff and local travel agents throughout the country, the product seminar was organised to provide agents with a thorough understanding of RBA’s products and services presented by RBA’s Sales and Royal Brunei Holidays.
Also highlighted during the seminar was the reintroduction of the RBA’s recently revamped Online Check-In facilities.
“We plan to organise bi-monthly Agents Product Seminars and look forward to bridge any gaps with our local travel agents. We are hoping that these seminars will not just provide agents with updated information on our products and services, but also provides them the opportunity to discuss any matters directly with the company”, stated Maswadi Hj Mohsin, RBA’s Chief Commercial and Planning Officer.
