When will services be affected?

The system maintenance is scheduled for a 12-hour period, from 28 March 2012, 3:00pm until 29 March 2012, 3:00am Brunei Local Time (GMT+8). Any updates regarding the system maintenance schedule will be posted on our website www.flyroyalbrunei.com.

What services are affected?

All reservation and ticketing services from our offices and our website will not be available during the system maintenance period. If you need to make booking or any itinerary changes, we encourage you to do so as early as possible prior to the scheduled maintenance period.

What if I am travelling during this period?

The system maintenance does not affect our flight schedule and all flights will operate normally.

Will this system maintenance affect check-in services?

As upgrades are being made to the airport system starting from 28 March 2012 until 4 May 2012, we ask that passengers bring a printed copy of your itinerary and ticket for verification during check-in.

Please note that passengers may experience a slight lag in our check-in services during system maintenance. Royal Brunei Airlines check-in counters may also be temporarily relocated during this period.

Due to system constraints we are temporarily suspending the web check-in facility.
