Marketing team can build a guest group, launch a campaign and change it, using any information we hold, without a request to IT or to the supplier at any stage. Track, measure and review campaigns so every campaign is better than the previous.

Campaigns are recorded, not just reported. What each guest received and how they responded is written onto their record, where it can be used to build future groups and to compare performance over time.

Guest consent and communication preferences are respected with every contact. The system verifies permission when each message is sent, rather than when the list is imported or created.

Our guest data remains ours. We can export the full guest record and all campaign history ourselves, at any time, so our history is not lost if the platform changes.

[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_column_text css=””]

Submission of Interest

Interested parties are invited to email to procurement@rba.com.bn with the subject heading “RFP – Customer Data and Marketing Platform” by 6th November 2026 at 1200 hours local Brunei time.

Interested parties will be contacted to sign an NDA, after which a detailed RFP document will be provided with submission guidelines and deadlines.

All proposals must be submitted by 13 November 2026 at 1700 hours local Brunei time.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=””] Request for Proposal (RFP) – Customer Data and Marketing Platform Royal Brunei Airlines is inviting proposals from qualified vendors for a customer relationship management and marketing platform.
