Flying beyond Brunei on Business Class and having a layover?
If you’re flying to or from Melbourne, London, Dubai or Jeddah on Business Class, you’re entitled to have your stopover at The Empire Brunei as your complimentary stay.
Terms and Conditions
- Valid for new Business Class return tickets purchased from 1 March 2026 to 31 August 2026.
- Travelling from 1 March 2026 and beyond.
- Limited to one (1) hotel room night stay per ticketed booking on twin-sharing where applicable.
- Applicable for flight from all RB destinations to Brunei except for Kota Kinabalu, Kuching and Hangzhou.
- Applicable for stopover flights in Brunei to and from Melbourne, London, Dubai and Jeddah.
- Request and reservation must be made at least five (5) working days prior arrival/ stay.
- Redemption will be based on flight/date.
- If request is made less than five (5) working day before the intended arrival in Brunei, it will be subject to availability.
- Any cancellation must be informed to either RB/GSA offices or directly with the hotel within 48 hours before the intended arrival in Brunei.
- Passengers to ensure applicable visa or travel related costs shall be under passenger’s own responsibility and expenses.
- Not valid for group business class, redemptions, RB upgrades, RB Travel Pass tickets, sponsored tickets, ID/AD rebate, FAM tickets, school passage and staff travels.
- Campaign excludes breakfast and hotel transfer however passengers can arrange hotel transfer for a fee by contacting The Empire Brunei.
