Each guest must hold a valid passport (and visa(s), if required) for international travel to be allowed entry into each destination on their flight itinerary. Some countries require at least six months validity remaining on the passport.
Royal Brunei Airlines advises guests to visit IATA Travel Centre to obtain information regarding passport and visa requirements for the country you are intending to visit. Alternatively, you may also contact the local embassy or consulate to verify your passport, visa and immigration requirements.
You may be denied entry and/or deported by the local authority if you fail to comply to the passport, visa and immigration requirements of the country you are visiting. Royal Brunei Airlines shall not be held responsible should this happen.
Please be informed transit at Brunei International Airport is currently not permitted. Guests are advised not to make bookings through a multiple city search that require a transit. Guests will not be permitted to board if travel restriction criteria and government approvals are not met. For further information please click here.
Requests for a full refund into a RB credit voucher or rebooking to a new travel date is applicable for all existing or new flights booked for travel until 31 October 2022. This only applies to guests on affected flights. Please contact your nearest RB Customer Service Centre for assistance.
Please note that during this time, print-at-home boarding passes are only available for certain flight departures. Kindly proceed to check-in counters for entry/exit approval verification and boarding pass collection. Check-in counters at the airport open three (3) hours prior to scheduled departure. It is our guests' responsibility to ensure they meet the strict travel criteria and have all appropriate approvals and documentations to enter/depart any country. Without these, RB is not permitted to allow guests to travel inline with international air transport regulations. Visit our Travel Advisory page for more information.
