既に予約されている又は、2022年10月31日までの旅程でご予約をされているフライトで、当該便がキャンセルになった場合に限り、RBクレジットバウチャーへの返金、又は予約の取り直しを承ります。ご予約便がキャンセルになったお客様のみ、こちらの条件にて承ります。詳しくはお近くのRBカスタマーサービスセンターへお問い合わせください。

Please note that during this time, print-at-home boarding passes are only available for certain flight departures. Kindly proceed to check-in counters for entry/exit approval verification and boarding pass collection. Check-in counters at the airport open three (3) hours prior to scheduled departure. It is our guests' responsibility to ensure they meet the strict travel criteria and have all appropriate approvals and documentations to enter/depart any country.
