IT ENGINEERING BUSINESS SYSTEM SUPPORT TECHNICIAN
We are seeking an IT Engineering Business System Support Technician to provide comprehensive IT support for the Engineering and IT Departments. This role involves administering and implementing hardware, software, networks, and databases, responding to second-level help desk tickets, resolving user issues efficiently, and ensuring operational readiness for all business systems, under the guidance of the IT Infrastructure Manager.
Requirements:
- HND in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience; or
- At least 8 years of experience in the IT industry, including a minimum of 2 years in a similar support or operational role.
- Training and certifications in Server, Application, IT, and OS Administration.
- Strong working knowledge of current IT technologies and industry trends, particularly in relation to the aviation sector, including enterprise servers, databases, and cloud technologies.
