Requests for a full refund into a RB credit voucher or rebooking to a new travel date is applicable for all existing or new flights booked for travel until 31 October 2022. This only applies to guests on affected flights. Please contact your nearest RB Customer Service Centre for assistance.

Please note that during this time, print-at-home boarding passes are only available for certain flight departures. Kindly proceed to check-in counters for entry/exit approval verification and boarding pass collection. Check-in counters at the airport open three (3) hours prior to scheduled departure.
