Royal Brunei Airlines (RB) launched an enhanced Royal Brunei Holidays (RBH) website; a 24/7 online dynamic planning and bundling of holiday products, on 27 September 2017
Present as Guest of Honour at the launch was Yang Mulia Awang Wardi Bin Hj Mohammad Ali, Acting Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Primary Resources and Tourism.
With just a few clicks, RB’s online guests will be able to plan and buy their entire holiday products from flights, accommodation, tours and transport in Brunei and RB destinations all on one convenient place with instant confirmation, eliminating the hassle of going through too many websites to plan and book their holidays needs.
With the user-friendly nature of the website on all devices, guests will enjoy the ability to manage their bookings from the comfort of their own home, at any time of the day, 365 days a year. The RB customer call centre will also be available 24/7 to provide assistance.
The enhanced RBH website provides Bruneians and expatriates with a great variety of choices for their holidays within the RB network. With the ease of searching for the hotels, tours & transfers and making the booking on one website, RB plans to make the customer experience that much richer at creating greater awareness of what Brunei has to offer by making as many Brunei hotels, tours and transfers available online. RB also aims to enlighten guests’ who are transiting Brunei to consider taking a stopover in at least one direction of their journey.
