CYBER SECURITY TEAM LEAD
INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT, FINANCE/IT DIVISION
Reporting directly to: Vice President – Information Technology

Job Responsibilities:

  • Leading the cyber security team and recommends strategic directions in relation to the cyber security environment in the company.
  • To provide high quality Cyber analytics reports and detailed forensic investigations in an ever-changing cyber landscape.
  • Designs vulnerability assessments, penetration tests and security audits and provides recommendations for better processes and security.
  • Participates in the creation and enforcement of enterprise security documents (policies, standards, baselines, guidelines and procedures). Maintains documentation, procedures and working instructions in accordance with the government authority and company guidelines.
  • Take lead in response to Cybersecurity incidents, threat, investigation & Assessment.
  • Review, evaluate, and recommend protective or corrective measures when a cybersecurity incident or vulnerability is discovered.
  • Protect digital files and information systems against unauthorized access, modification, or destruction.
  • Forensics – investigation and analysis of how and why a breach or other compromise had occurred. Superior investigation skills and troubleshooting abilities to bring investigations to timely outcomes with detailed root cause analysis.
  • Timely implementation of internal and external risk mitigation points (which may be a result of an audit) together with any issues raised by external regulators as applicable.
  • Maintain data, monitor security access, and conduct annual internal and external security audits.
  • Manage network, intrusion detection and prevention systems and tools.
  • Design, implement, maintain and enhance internal controls / program to mitigate risk on an ongoing basis. Identify risk-related issues including managing an escalation matrix to management.
  • Report and escalate cyber threats or breaches to the management with corrective actions to mitigate the impact and stop the threats using countermeasures.
  • Keep up to date with impending cyber threats globally and ensure patching and changes required to the respective security and infrastructure systems with adherence to the change management policy.
  • Work closely with the IT governance team to organize awareness training and social engineering.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for user support.
  • Participates in the creation and enforcement of enterprise security documents, policy’s standards, baselines, guidelines, and procedures.
  • Serve as a point of contact for all cyber security visibility, tests, evaluations, and controls from the cyber security aspect.
  • Manage the performance of the security team and its individual members.
  • Assure other duties assigned are delivered on time and within scope.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, management Information Systems, or related field in cyber security.
  • Minimum 4 years relevant work experience.

ETL/REPORTING DEVELOPER
INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT, FINANCE/IT DIVISION
Reporting directly to: Data & Application Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • The job holder will be responsible for the design and development of the company’s data lakes, designing and writing extract, transform and load (ETL) code, batch management and error handling processes.
  • The job holder will also be responsible for architecting and developing business intelligence solutions and reports, providing production support and an overall expertise in the area of data warehouse and reporting applications.
  • The job holder documents technical specifications and related project artifacts, including solutions-oriented design across the company’s data lakes (i.e. architecture feedback, business process redesign, and the implementation of automated control processes).
  • Increase employee engagement and communication by being a champion for processes / systems.
  • The role shadows the team member for relevant duties.
  • Designs, builds, tests and maintains on-premises data structure such as data marts, data warehouses, data lakes and data pipelines.
  • Designs, builds, tests and maintains on-premises data pipelines to acquire, profile, cleanse, consolidate, integrate and persist structured, semi-structured and unstructured data.
  • Works with internal and external data providers and subject matter experts to understand data sources and formats.
  • Understands and influences the data provider roadmap of planned changes.
  • Designs and develops ETL processes for the data warehouse lifecycle (staging of data, operational data store (ODS) data integration, Enterprise data warehouse (EDW) and data marts), schema design, KPIs and metrics.
  • Provide data analysis, monitoring and troubleshooting to ensure data integrity.
  • Prepares key documentation to support the technical design in technical specifications.
  • Authors and executes unit test scripts / cases, includes unit testing on all development work and support the team for thorough QA and efficient end to end testing.
  • Contributes and develops the Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) batch management control processes and error handling procedures of current and emerging data, development and cloud-based technologies and best practices.
  • Participates in requirements gathering and analysis, technical design, build, testing, documentation and project planning.
  • Provide production support and on-call support including problem analysis and resolution.
  • Use IT ticketing system to log, track, and resolve all IT Issues and changes; work issues items to resolution, root cause identification, and recommend changes to prevent recurrence.
  • Review, analyze and understand functional requirements and specifications.
  • Provide feedback, accurate estimates and update progress / status to assure proper tracking for projects in tracking system(s).
  • Participate in project meetings with other project stakeholders to report progress and identify blockers.
  • Ensure security of data and report any violations or observations to management; as appropriate.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Management, Math or IT related.
  • Minimum of 4 years progressive relevant work experience.
  • SQL experience in building, deploying and supporting data warehouse structures.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and DevOps.
  • Experience in developing ETL processes, operational data store integration and data marts.
  • Experience in dashboard / report visualization design to meet requirements.

INFRASTRUCTURE MANAGER
INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT, FINANCE/IT DIVISION
Reporting directly to: Vice President – Information Technology

Job Responsibilities:

  • Overall management of the company’s IT infrastructure to ensure availability, efficiency, reliability, security, redundancy and scalability of IT operations.
  • Measure and report key metrics of the IT infrastructure health and performance.
  • Ensure team’s accountability to respond to second-level help desk tickets by providing guidance and handling escalations, resolving user issues and quickly resolving any ongoing problems or issues.
  • Responsible to administer and execute the overall support and implementation of IT hardware, software and databases used by the Engineering Department (ED) in the most efficient, cautious and cost-conscious approaches for the company, delegated or assigned by the Engineering Management (EM).
  • Responsible for ensuring that all Infrastructure and Operations projects are completed on time.
  • Subject matter expert to co-develop IT policies, guidelines procedures to ensure that the IT department operates effectively and reliably.
  • Negotiate contracts with IT service providers.
  • Management of the overall lifecycle of the IT infrastructure. This includes full ownership of patch management, hardware management, operating system administration (including servers to be managed on the cloud), network management (WAN, VPN or LAN), fibre management, telephone lines and internet lines.
  • Overseeing, undertaking, coordinating, identifying, scheduling and initiating all the related engineering systems training courses or projects in ED, and ensuring day to day business continuity in all matters relating to ED IT systems.
  • Ensuring the strategic use of all systems including engineering systems such as AMOS, Skywise, Enabling and Airbus. This includes supporting the Engineering strategy in terms of effective and efficient use to deliver best operational results and return on investment.
  • Support and advise all senior management on IT considerations for proposed new systems or new strategies involving new technology.
  • Updating all business managers on all matters related to systems including supporting them on all projects.
  • Reviewing, preparing and updating all technical SOP that relates to infrastructure for operational efficiencies and control.
  • Comply with IT governance policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for the renewal of IT contracts and subscriptions including online purchases.
  • Ensure that IT infrastructure and business continuity plan is in place and there is active updating for any changes.
  • End-to-end responsibility for the department’s budget, from building up, forecasting, managing, executing and proposing budgets.
  • Manage every team member’s performance through open dialogue and clear KPIs.
  • Coach and develop team skills and competencies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Engineering or related field.
  • At least ten (10) years experience in the IT industry, with a minimum of five years in a similar support or operational role.
  • Good knowledge of IT industry particularly in relationship to aviation industry.
  • Good knowledge of enterprise servers, databases, cloud technologies, security, Local Area Networking and Wide Area Networking.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communications, written and analytical skills.

CYBER SECURITY ANALYST
INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT, FINANCE/IT DIVISION
Reporting directly to: Cyber Security Team Lead

Job Responsibilities:

  • Participates in the creation and enforcement of the company’s security documents (policies, standards, baselines, guidelines and procedures). Maintains documentation, procedures and working instructions in accordance with the Government and departmental guidelines.
  • Highly knowledgeable about the cybersecurity threatscape (and keeping up to date with the security industry).
  • Understand and evaluate security threats to the company organization and perform risk analyses of threats.
  • Work with the cyber security team to help develop cyber security policies and implementation.
  • Report and escalate cyber threats or breaches to the management with corrective actions to mitigate the impact and stop the threats using countermeasures.
  • Fix detected vulnerabilities to maintain high-security standards.
  • Develop company-wide best practices for IT security.
  • Involvement in the monitoring and audit of systems and processes such as identity and access management. This may involve using security methodologies such as zero-trust security and monitoring of their success.
  • Produce detailed cyber threat analysis reports on demand. Run regular cyber reports for management with explanations of possible threats · Work with governance team to help to deliver cybersecurity awareness training.
  • Ensure duties assigned are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Provide consulting services related to internal controls, risk assessments, risk management, IT controls and related standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma in Computer Science, Computer forensic, Information Technology or Cyber security related field.
  • At least 2 years of Information Security experience especially developing advanced threat detection capabilities.
  • Proven experience in day-to-day operational processes such as security monitoring, data correlation, troubleshooting, security operations etc.
  • Experience with security monitoring methodologies such as patterns, watch lists, black lists, log parsing, correlation, classification, event generation, taxonomy, filtering.
