Singapore Electronic Arrival Card

18 November 2019, 11:27 AM

Singapore’s Immigration and Checkpoint Authority (ICA) has introduced an electronic arrival card to enable guests to submit their arrival information via the free Web Services and Mobile App in lieu of the conventional paper arrival cards. Guests can submit their electronic arrival card up to 14 days prior to their arrival to Singapore.

To use the electronic arrival card, you may visit ICA’s website or download the mobile app “SG Arrival Card” available for both iPhone and Android devices.

Please note that this service is not eligible for the following:

•             Work pass applicant

•             Cruise passenger

Traditional arrival cards will be distributed on-board for those who still prefer to use the paper version. For further information, you may visit ICA’s website.
