RB Customer Service Centre is currently receiving a large influx of calls and emails resulting to delayed responses from the team.

We advise that guests who purchased tickets via travel agents to contact their respective travel agents directly and for urgent matters, you may visit our Customer Service Centre at RB Plaza in Bandar Seri Begawan.  Our Ramadhan working hours are from Monday to Thursday and Saturday from 8am to 4pm and Friday from 8am to 12pm and 2pm to 4pm. RB Airport Service Centre remains closed.

Kindly contact us only if you’re travelling in the next 72 hours so we can assist with urgent rebooking. Guests travelling beyond the next 72 hours are encouraged to submit a Request Form.
