Following the announcement of enhanced local restrictions within Brunei, please be advised RB Plaza Office will be closed to walk-in guests with immediate effect and RB Airport Service Centre remains closed.

The RB Customer Service Centre Call Centre will operate on reduced operating agents and are available Monday to Saturday from 8am to 6pm, Sunday from 8am to 5pm.

Guests can opt to leave a voice message for our agents to call back once they are available or alternatively email us at [email protected]. Our guests’ understanding and support is valued through the period of temporary working measures.

Kindly contact us only if you’re travelling in the next 72 hours so we can assist with urgent rebooking. Guests travelling beyond the next 72 hours are encouraged to submit a Request Form.
