ROYAL BRUNEI AIRLINES NAMED WORLD’S LEADING CABIN CREW 2025 FOR THE SIXTH CONSECUTIVE YEAR

Royal Brunei Airlines (RB) is proud to announce that it has been named World’s Leading Cabin Crew 2025 by the World Travel Awards. This marks the sixth consecutive year RB has received this world-class recognition, representing the highest accolade in the industry and reflecting the trust and confidence placed in RB’s signature Bruneian hospitality.
The World Travel Awards (WTA) celebrate excellence across all key sectors of travel, honouring organisations that demonstrate outstanding service and innovation. Recongnised globally as one of the travel industry’s most prestigious honours, the WTA represent the pinnacle of achievement for airlines, hotels, tourism bodies, and hospitality brands worldwide.
Being named World’s Leading Cabin Crew 2025 is therefore an extraordinary affirmation of RB’s standing on the global stage. This accolade is especially meaningful as WTA winners are selected by industry professionals and travellers across the world, reflecting the deep trust and confidence placed in RB’s service excellence. Receiving this honour for the sixth consecutive year underscores the unwavering dedication of our cabin crew and the strength of Bruneian hospitality that continues to resonate with guests everywhere. The official announcement and trophy presentation took place at the World Travel Awards Grand Final Gala Ceremony 2025, held at Exhibition World Bahrain on Saturday, 6 December 2025. RB was represented by Cabin Crews, Muhammad Nurul Hidayah and Rusana Razali, Acting Cabin Crew Manager, Nursusanna Abdullah Chong, and RB’s Interim Chief Executive Officer, Colonel Norsuriati Binti Haji Sharbini.
