Yoga is an ancient practice that brings together mind and body through gentle dance-like movements and deep breathing techniques.

1. LUMIÈRE YOGA STUDIO

Lumière Yoga Studio offers group and private yoga sessions for beginners at her studio in Mata-Mata or request for a private beach session

Vinyasa Flow is scheduled on Tuesdays and Fridays this October and is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. 2. LIFE FLOW YOGA STUDIO

3. YOGA WITH AMANI

Yoga With Amani offers ladies only beginners yoga, prenatal, postnatal and mummy + baby yoga. Sessions are scheduled every Wednesday, Friday and Saturday this October alternating between Prenatal Yoga, Strong Flow Yoga, Gentle Flow Yoga and Yoga Core (this sounds intense). Book a spot on the mat using their online booking system.

A little too basic for you? Challenge accepted.

4. FLY MOVEMENT

FLY Movement offers yoga on another level (literally)An excerpt from their website says that “with a strong emphasis on correct alignment and technique, FLY allows you to gain flexibility and build core strength while remaining mindful of the inner workings of your body.” Be sure to choose the right class for your experience level.

5. BE-YOGA BRUNEI
