  • Members must submit the Redeposit of Unused Awards form within 3 months from award issuance.
  • Only wholly unused flight or upgrade award request can be re-deposited. YQ surcharge will not be refunded except for Government Airport Departure tax.
  • Mileage for partially used or expired tickets cannot be re-deposited.
  • If miles redeemed have expired, the expired miles cannot be re-deposited.
  • Request for redepositing of miles must be accompanied by wholly unused or valid award ticket.
  • Please allow up to six (06) weeks for the redeposit of unused awards to be processed.
  • Requests received without supporting documents will not be processed.
