What is Family Plus?

Family Plus is a family membership programme for Royal Skies members.

How many family members are allowed under Family First?

A maximum of 8 family members is allowed.

Who can be part of the family membership?

Parents and children can be a part of the family membership.

How can I register my family with Family Plus?

You can register by downloading the Family Plus Registration Form.

Are my family members required to have a Royal Skies membership?

Yes, all family members must be a Royal Skies member.

Do I need to stay at the same address to be registered in the family membership programme?

Yes, you need to be registered under the same residential address.

Will all Royal Skies miles earned be automatically transferred to the Lead account holder membership account?

Only flight and status miles earned will be automatically transferred.

Will my existing Royal Skies miles be automatically transferred to the Lead account holder membership account?

No, only flight and status miles earned after the family membership registration will be automatically transferred.

Will Royal Skies miles earned from partner activities be transferred automatically to the Lead account holder membership account?

No, Royal Skies miles earned from partner activities will not be automatically transferred.

Will my tier miles and sector be transferred to the Lead account holder membership account?

Yes, tier miles and tier sector earned will be transferred to the Lead account holder membership account.

Can you send flight and status miles credits back to the Family member membership account?

No, flight miles and status miles cannot be returned back to the family member membership account.

What benefits will I receive with Family Plus?

Can I choose to leave my current Family Plus membership?

You may terminate your membership to the Lead account holder at any time by giving written notice via email to Royal Skies at [email protected]

Can I nominate a new Lead account holder for Family Plus membership?

A new Lead account holder can be nominated with the agreement of all family members.

How many family plus membership can I be a part of?

A Royal Skies member can be part of one (1) family plus membership at one time.

Can I choose to be part of another family plus membership?

Yes, you may. Please email Royal Skies at [email protected] to end your current Family Plus membership.

Will I receive a new membership card?

No, a new membership card will not be sent. Please use your individual Royal Skies membership number for reservations.

Can I register for a family membership online?

No, registration at this time is only available through the submission of the Family Plus Registration Form.

Can I transfer my existing balance to the Lead account holder?

Yes, you may. Please complete the Miles Transfer form and email to Royal Skies at [email protected] for our further action.

Is there a service fee for miles transfer between family members and Lead account holder membership accounts?

Each family member will receive two (2) complimentary transfers. Each transfer thereafter will incur a service fee of USD20.
