Vice President – Internal Audit
Lead the internal audit function to deliver independent assurance, strengthen governance and risk management, as well as drive continuous improvement in support of the airline’s strategic objectives.
Requirements
- Degree holder or above in accounting or other relevant business disciplines such as Business, Finance or Economics, with related professional qualification such as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Chartered Management Accountants (CIMA), Certified Public Accountants (CPA) or Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA)
- Minimum 12 years’ auditing experience in professional firms and/or the internal audit department of commercial organizations, of which at least 5 years in senior managerial level
- In-depth knowledge of major business functions, governance, risk management and internal control frameworks within commercial organisations
- Strong analytical, conflict resolution, and critical-thinking skills
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- High level of integrity, results-oriented and continuous improvement mindset
- Proven leading capability in managing audit team and complex audit portfolios
- Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels and manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
