Station Officer – Singapore
Support the Station Manager Singapore in overseeing all aspects of ground handling services and related airport operational requirements at Singapore Changi Airport (SIN), ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant delivery of passenger, cargo, and aircraft handling services, and acting on behalf of the Station Manager when required.
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma in Aviation Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Candidates with a vocational qualification and relevant operational experience may also be considered.
- Relevant experience in the aviation industry may be considered in lieu of formal qualifications.
- Experience in front-line customer service and ground handling operations is preferred
Requirements:
- Applicants must have existing eligibility to work in Singapore. Royal Brunei Airlines is unable to provide Employment Pass or Work Pass sponsorship for this position.
- Proficiency in English is required. Proficiency in an additional language (e.g. Mandarin Chinese, French, German, Italian, or Korean) would be an advantage in serving international customers.
- Ability to work on a shift basis and demonstrate initiative in a dynamic operational environment.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and customer service orientation.
