Sessions are scheduled every Wednesday, Friday and Saturday this October alternating between Prenatal Yoga, Strong Flow Yoga, Gentle Flow Yoga and Yoga Core (this sounds intense). FLY Movement offers yoga on another level (literally). An excerpt from their website says that “with a strong emphasis on correct alignment and technique, FLY allows you to gain flexibility and build core strength while remaining mindful of the inner workings of your body.” Be sure to choose the right class for your experience level.
