- The Premier Pass is only available for issuance and redemption through Royal Brunei Airlines Brunei Customer Service Centre’s or Call Centre.
- The redemption period is one (1) year from the date of issuance of the Premier Pass.
- Travel can only be redeemed for the guest named on the Premier Pass.
- The Premier Pass is valid for Royal Brunei Airlines flights from Brunei to Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam and Philippines only.
- The Premier Pass is applicable to the base fare only. Airport taxes, surcharges and other applicable costs are not included and are payable upon redemption of the Premier Pass.
- Redemption must be made 7 days before the intended flight date.
- Redemption is subject to seat availability.
- This is valid on Royal Brunei Airlines sectors only and not valid on other airlines.
- Date changes are permitted subject to a change fee. No show fee applies.
- The Premier Pass is non-refundable, non-transferable and non-reroutable.
- No child or infant discount is applicable.
- If the Premier Pass is used to book a ticket online on www.flyRB.com, the pass will be deemed void and the balance converted to a Travel Voucher.
