We advise that guests who purchased tickets via travel agents to contact their respective travel agents directly and for urgent matters, you may visit our Customer Service Centre at RB Plaza in Bandar Seri Begawan.  Please refer the temporary contact information here as some of our local offices are closed due to the respective government guidelines.

Kindly contact us only if you’re travelling in the next 72 hours so we can assist with urgent rebooking. Guests travelling beyond the next 72 hours are encouraged to submit a Request Form.
