Royal Brunei Airlines, the National Carrier of Brunei Darussalam invites applications from qualified professionals for the following position.
OFFICER – QUALITY ASSURANCE (ENGINEERING & MAINTENANCE)
Officer – Quality Assurance (QAO) reports to the assigned Controller – Quality Assurance Controller (QAC) and performs daily duties within their expertise. When needed, the QAO will deputise for the QAC in their absence or if unavailable.
Requirements
- Degree in Aeronautical Engineering or a valid Part-66 Aircraft Maintenance Licence (Category B)
- Certified completion of an Auditor Course
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in airline operations (e.g. ground services, flight/cabin operations, or maintenance), including at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Trained in Airworthiness, SMS, and BAR 8 Subpart M / Part 145 standards
- Sound knowledge of IOSA and regulatory standards, with the ability to apply this effectively in an audit environment
