Terms and Conditions
- Valid for new Business Class return tickets purchased from 1 March 2026 to 31 August 2026.
- Travelling from 1 March 2026 and beyond.
- Limited to one (1) hotel room night stay per ticketed booking on twin-sharing where applicable.
- Applicable for selected destinations.
- Request and reservation must be made at least five (5) working days before intended stay.
- Redeem within 3 months after completion of journey.
- If request is made less than five (5) working day before intended stay in Empire Brunei, it will be subject to availability.
- Any cancellation must be informed to either RB offices or directly with the hotel within 48 hours before check-in time.
- Not valid for group business class, redemptions, RB upgrades, RB Travel Pass tickets, sponsored tickets, ID/AD rebate, FAM tickets, school passage and staff travels.
- Campaign excludes breakfast and hotel transfer however passengers can arrange hotel transfer for a fee by contacting The Empire Brunei.
