Eligibility
The Prize Draw is open to individuals who:
• Are residents of the UK, Channel Islands, or Isle of Man during the competition and prize fulfilment period.
• Are aged 18 or over.
• Are not employees of Royal Brunei Airlines, their immediate family members, or anyone professionally connected with the Prize Draw.
NB: Immediate family members include spouses, parents, children, siblings (including step and half-siblings), and their respective spouses.
All decisions by Royal Brunei Airlines regarding eligibility and interpretation of these terms are final.
Entrants must:
• Provide a valid UK, Channel Islands, or Isle of Man address and phone number.
• Purchase an Economy Class ticket between 01 January 2026 and 31 January 2026 for travel from Heathrow to Melbourne (return or one way) .
• Hold a valid passport and any required visas or travel documentation.

How to Enter
• Book an Economy Class ticket on Royal Brunei Airlines UK website between 01 January 2026 (00:01 GMT) and 31 January 2026 (23:59 GMT).
• This offer is valid for departures until 30 September 2026.
• Applies to one-way or return journeys from Heathrow to Melbourne.
• Only bookings made via the official Royal Brunei Airlines UK website (https://www.flyroyalbrunei.com/united-kingdom/en/) are eligible.

Prize Details
• Six winners will receive a space-available upgrade to Business Class for their booked journey.
• Upgrades apply to Royal Brunei Airlines-operated flights only and are subject to availability on the day of departure.
• No lounge access is included. Checked baggage allowance remains at 25kg per person.
• If multiple passengers are on the same booking, all must travel together from the same airport.
• Upgrades have no cash value, are non-transferable, non-changeable, non – reroutable and non-refundable.
• No Royal Skies miles accrual permitted (for Business Class), and these tickets exclude the use of any of the Business Class lounges on the Royal Brunei network.
Important: An upgrade on one flight sector does not guarantee upgrades on connecting sectors. Availability is capacity-controlled, especially during peak travel periods.

Winner Selection
• The draw will take place within one week of the closing date.
• Winners will be notified by email and must respond within five (5) days. Failure to respond will result in a new winner being selected.
• Royal Brunei Airlines is not responsible for undelivered emails due to spam filters or incorrect email settings. Entrants should check their spam folders.

Agreement to Rules
The Promoter may cancel, modify, or suspend the Prize Draw at its sole discretion if technical issues, fraud, unauthorized intervention, or other factors beyond its control affect its integrity or operation. In such cases, winners may be selected from valid entries received before or after corrective action.
The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who:
• Violates these Terms and Conditions.
• Provides false information or is ineligible.
• Engages in harassment or unsportsmanlike conduct.
• Tampers with the Prize Draw (e.g., hacking, multiple accounts, bots).
• Entries suspected of fraud or non-compliance will be disqualified.
All decisions by the Promoter regarding eligibility and interpretation of these Terms are final. If any provision is invalid, it will be modified or removed without affecting the remaining terms.
