Royal Brunei Airlines is Top 10 in Skytrax’s Most Loved Airlines 2016

National Carrier, Royal Brunei Airlines has achieved Top 10 ranking in the latest Skytrax’s Most Loved Airlines 2016. The air travel review website unveiled their Top 80 list of Most Loved Airlines 2016 based on customer reviews in which 420 airlines were featured.
The ranking is based on customer ratings across eight categories that include seat comfort, onboard services, food & beverage, inflight entertainment, onboard wifi, airport services and value for money.
“To be listed among the Top 10 Most Loved in the business is an achievement the entire Team at RB is extremely proud of. We would like to thank our customers for their continuous support and recognition of the improvements we have made in our product offering and services. I express my sincere gratitude to our staff for their dedication and hard work on the ground and in air that has allowed us to reach this very exciting milestone” said Karam Chand, Royal Brunei Airlines’ CEO.
