Can I book more than one hotel or room type when making a hotel booking?
• Only one hotel and room type can be booked online at a time. A separate reservation must be booked for each hotel or room type required.

How can I request additional bedding for the hotel room?
• To request additional bedding for your room, you may call the respective hotel and quote your booking reference.
How can I make changes to date or cancellations for my hotel booking?
• You may call your respective hotel to make changes or cancellations. The contact details can be found in your confirmation e-mail.
Are the room rates inclusive of tax and service charge?
• Yes.
Why is there more than one rate for the same room type?
• Different rates are due to the different promotions being offered by a hotel at any given time.
Are the room rates person or per room?
• The rates displayed are per room. It is important that you click on conditions under ‘Room and Rates’ tab to understand what the terms and conditions are.
When do I pay for my booking?
• It depends on which rate you have chosen. Some rates require a guarantee or deposit that will be charged to your credit card.
• You can pay for your booking either during check-in or check-out. You may ask the hotel during check-in.
Do you charge my credit card immediately upon confirmation?
• This depends on the type of rate you have booked. For rates that require a deposit, your credit card will be charged.

Is it safe to enter my credit card details?
• Yes, it is safe. We do not store any credit card details.
When do I get a confirmation email?
• You will receive your confirmation email at the email address you have provided within 24hrs from booking.

How do I know if my reservation is confirmed?
• You will receive a confirmation email at the e-mail address you have provided.
Does the hotel provide airport transfer?
• You may contact the respective hotel directly to request for airport transfer services.
Is breakfast included in the room rate?
• This depends on the type of rate you have chosen. Breakfast will be stated in the rates.
