- Royal Brunei Airlines (RB) would like to announce a change in online check-in policy for passengers departing from Bandar Seri Begawan. Online checked-in passengers holding tickets issued by RB, and, who has no check-in baggage, may proceed directly to immigration with their online boarding pass. Royal Brunei Airlines ticket begin with the numbers 672.
Passengers with checked-in baggage will still be required to go to the designated check-in counters available at both Business and Economy class check-In areas.
- Online check-in is available for confirmed bookings from 24 hours up to 60 minutes before the scheduled departure time for all passengers travelling with electronic tickets (e-tickets).
- Check-in facility for flights departing from London and Melbourne will be available from 24 hours up to three (03) hours prior to the scheduled flight departure time.
- Online Check-in is not available for passengers departurting from Dubai, Jeddah and Surabaya.
