INVITATION TO TENDER

Royal Brunei Airlines Sdn Bhd is inviting interested companies to participate in the tender below:- 

  • TENDER RB/PM/12/26 – SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ONE (1) UNIT WIDE-BODY TOWING TRACTOR 
  • TENDER RB/PM/13/26  – REFURBISHMENT OF ONE (1) UNIT WIDE-BODY TOWING TRACTOR 
  • TENDER RB/PM/14/26 – SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ONE (1) UNIT EACH OF 7-TONNE AND 27-TONNE CARGO LOADER 
  • TENDER RB/PM/15/26 – REFURBISHMENT OF ONE (1) UNIT 7-TONNE CARGO LOADER 
  • TENDER RB/PM/16/26 – SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ONE (1) UNIT GSE TOILET SERVICE TRUCK 
  • TENDER RB/PM/17/26 – SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ONE (1) UNIT GSE WATER SERVICE TRUCK 
  • TENDER RB/PM/18/26 – TYRE MAINTENANCE SERVICES FOR RB GSE FLEET — PERIOD OF THREE (3) YEARS 
  • TENDER RB/PM/19/26 – TYRE MAINTENANCE SERVICES FOR RB ROAD VEHICLES — PERIOD OF THREE (3) YEARS 
  • TENDER RB/PM/20/26 – DESIGN, SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF CUSTOMISED FIXED ROOF CANOPY FOR ONE (1) UNIT EXISTING MOTORISED GSE PASSENGER BOARDING STEPS 

Companies interested are required to pay the tender fee via bank transfers on the dates specified below. Once payment is received, the Tender Document will be distributed via e-mail.

Tender fees payment date: Monday, 27th April 2026 – Monday, 4th May 2026

Tender Fees: B$100.00 for each tender

The Fees are non-refundable and payable to Royal Brunei Airlines Sdn Bhd

Tender Submission Closing Date: Monday, 15th June 2026 at 3pm
