CADET PILOT RECRUITMENT
Royal Brunei Airlines Sdn Bhd is welcoming suitable candidates to join the Cadet Pilot Training Scheme. Successful cadets will be employed by Royal Brunei Airlines as Commercial Airline Pilots.
Applicants who have previously obtained scholarships must declare details of such scholarships during initial application.
Applicants must be able to demonstrate one of the following education prerequisites:
6 GCE/GCSE "O" level grade B or above including English, Malay, Mathematics and Physics and other Science Subjects
2 GCE/GCSE "A" level grade B or above including a Science and a Mathematics subject AND
Higher National Diploma (HND) in either a Science and / or Math based subject AND
Chemistry. Remaining subjects should be English based OR
Bachelors degree (minimum 2/2) AND

HEAD OF LEGAL
DEPARTMENT OF CORPORATE RISK
Reporting to: Executive General Manager – Corporate Risk
The Head of Legal ensures that RB operates within the law at all times, offers counsel on legal issues, operates as an effective guardian of the airline to facilitate business strategies development. The successful candidate will be able to ensure legal compliance and limit risk exposure.
The Head of Legal is a key advisor to the Board, Senior Management and other staff with respect to legal matters arising from contracts, employee relations, compliance with regulations, corporate governance, legal risk management, protection of company intellectual property rights and use of external counsel. Head of Legal takes the lead on in any legal proceedings against the Company and assists with debt collection and company policy development. The Head of Legal is accountable for providing general counsel to the leadership team of RB and for managing corporate strategic and tactical legal initiatives.
