What is the maximum baggage weight for each traveller?
Maximum baggage per traveller is 65kg inclusive the free baggage allowance from initial booking.
I paid for pre-purchased extra baggage allowance. Can I get a refund or transfer the baggage allowance if I cancel or make changes to my booking?
If you have made a date change to your booking, please contact your nearest Royal Brunei Airlines office for your pre-purchased extra baggage allowance will be transferred to the new date.
If you have cancelled your flight booking and requested for a refund, the pre-purchased extra baggage allowance will be refunded together.
Refund of pre-purchased extra baggage allowance only is not allowed.
If my pre-purchased extra baggage allowance was not used, can I get a refund?
Yes, you can. Provided the entire journey is cancelled. Please contact your local Royal Brunei Office to cancel your booking and request refund.
Can I top-up my pre-purchased extra baggage allowance?

Will pre-purchased extra baggage allowance be available on all flights?
Yes, it is available on all Royal Brunei operated flights. For codeshare or interline flights, please contact your local Royal Brunei office for bookings.
Please be informed transit at Brunei International Airport is currently not permitted. Guests are advised not to make bookings through a multiple city search that require a transit.
